You’ll be perfect for this if you: • Have experience supporting children with additional needs • Enjoy 1:1 work and getting to know a child’s quirks, strengths and superpowers • Bring warmth, patience and a sense of humour to your day • Hold a relevant qualification (Level 2/3 CACHE or similar)

What the role looks like: • Working closely with one lovely learner to guide, model, prompt and cheerlead • Teaming up with teachers and the SEN crew so everyone’s rowing in the same direction • Helping turn speech-and-language targets into small, achievable steps • Adding positivity to the classroom atmosphere like a quiet, reliable beam of sunshine...
