We are currently looking for a motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Walsall. This is a full-time position starting in April 2026, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils with additional learning needs and helping them access the curriculum effectively.
Your key responsibilities:
* Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Assisting the class teacher with the planning and delivery of engaging, differentiated lessons
* Modifying learning materials and activities to meet individual learning and behavioural needs
* Promoting confidence, independence, and active participation in classroom activities
* Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide consistent and effective support
