Academics are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming two-form entry primary school in Fulham, starting September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join a school with an 'Excellent' Ofsted report, known for its nurturing ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to academic and personal development. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in providing 1 to 1 support to a child in Year with strong levels of autism and challenging behaviour.

Location: Primary school in Fulham Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: 3 ½ days a week Salary: £95-£110 (Dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

* 1 to 1 support to a verbal child with strong levels of autism and behaviour management * Work with an individual pupil to reinforce learning and help them reach their potential. * Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support strategies. * Monitor progress and document observations to inform teachers and specialists. * Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to ensure a consistent and effective support approach. * Help with personal care tasks if required, such as feeding, toileting, or mobility support.
