The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils aged 3–11 in a mainstream primary school. The role involves supporting children with a range of additional needs across KS1 and KS2. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 and small-group support, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs, supporting communication and social skills, promoting positive behaviour and independence. You will work closely with the class teacher to implement support plans, monitor progress, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable.
