About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, support staff, and families to ensure each pupil receives compassionate, structured, and personalised support. Your role will involve helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can grow academically, emotionally, and socially, developing at a pace that meets their individual needs.
