The Role We are seeking a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals Monitor and record pupil progress The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting) A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting children’s development What We Offer

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
