This is a full-time, term-time-only position (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM), ideal for someone experienced in supporting students with Special Educational Needs across Key Stages 3 to 5. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally—while upholding the school’s values rooted in the gospel.

Your Role Will Include:

• Working 1:1 or with small groups to support SEN learners

• Promoting an inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere

• Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to implement EHCPs

• Supporting the Catholic ethos and values of the school

Requirements
• Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant (essential)

• Passion for inclusivity and supporting diverse learning needs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week
