The Role - Ware
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with PMLD and SLD Assist students with complex learning, sensory and communication needs Support personal care where required in a dignified and respectful manner Use visual aids, sensory strategies and tailored interventions Encourage engagement, independence and social development Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff Help maintain a structured, safe and nurturing learning environment
