About the Role:

You'll be working closely with students who may have:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ADHD Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD) Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Physical Disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students. Assist with classroom activities and learning plans. Support students with personal care and mobility (where required). Help implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff. Monitor and record student progress and wellbeing.
