Tradewind Recruitment is seeking caring and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist school in North West London, supporting children with autism, learning disabilities, and complex additional needs. The Role As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to assist pupils throughout the school day. Many students require 1:1 or small group support to help them engage in learning, communication development, and structured daily routines.
