Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking caring and dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistants to work within a specialist school in North West London supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and additional complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them develop confidence, independence, and key life skills in a nurturing learning environment. The RoleAs a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils across the school day. Many students require 1:1 or small group support, helping them engage in learning activities, communication development, and daily routines.
