Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Bury.

We are working with welcoming and inclusive schools in Bury who are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small group settings.

The Role:

-Support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties -Provide one-to-one and small group interventions -Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons -Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing -Help pupils build confidence, independence and social skills -Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support progress

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

-Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or care setting -A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach -Strong communication and behaviour management skills -Relevant TA qualifications (desirable but not essential) -Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
