SEN Teaching Assistant

You will support pupils with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential in a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and wider school staff to provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups.

The Role Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. Help implement individual support plans and strategies.
