SEN Teaching Assistant - SEN School - Bexley - ASAP Start - Full Time - Long Term - £90-£110 Per Day (dependent on experience)

• Previous SEN experience is essential

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide focused 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with PMLD. Your role will involve helping the pupil access the curriculum, supporting emotional regulation and encouraging positive interactions with peers. The successful candidate will be nurturing, supportive and proactive, using tailored strategies to meet the pupil's individual needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised support plans and behaviour strategies that help the pupil stay engaged and make progress. Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly PMLD, is highly desirable.
