Their approach is warm, inclusive, and deeply supportive, with a strong focus on personalised learning and creating an environment where every child can thrive.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking TAs who are:\n\nExperienced in supporting children with SEND\n\nConfident in adapting to different needs and routines\n\nProactive and able to use their initiative in the classroom\n\nLocal to the Hodge Hill area or able to commute easily\n\nYour day-to-day work will involve:\n\nSupporting pupils with severe and complex needs in small groups or on a 1:1 basis\n\nAssisting the class teacher with tailored activities and learning tasks\n\nHelping pupils with communication, engagement, and personal development\n\nContributing to a positive, safe, and structured learning environment\n\nWorking Pattern\n\nThis role is offered as daily supply, giving you flexibility.
