SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Oldbury, Birmingham, B69 Pay Rate: £105 - £115 per day Working Days: Monday to Friday (term-time only) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, long-term, temp to perm Long Term Futures are recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated and welcoming primary school in Oldbury, Birmingham. This role will be working between 1:1 and group support with SEN pupils with ASD and ADHD, needing extra support. The school is seeking a calm and consistent individual who can build a strong, trusting relationship assisting the pupils to feel supported and comfortable throughout the school day.Key Responsibilities Providing 1:1 and group support for Year 2 pupils Supporting students in learning and development Promote engagement, confidence and positive learning behaviours Building a trusting and safe relationship with pupils Encouraging the pupil to build confidence in a comfortable and reassuring environment.
