This supportive school caters to boys and girls aged 5-18 years old with a diverse range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs alongside complex associated conditions.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils, supporting their learning, development, and emotional well-being within a nurturing and structured setting.

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or complex needs (desirable) Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills A commitment to supporting inclusive education and promoting positive behaviour The ability to work effectively as part of a team Hold a DBS on the update service (preferably a child & adult DBS)This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people within a caring and supportive community.
