We are seeking dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Primary schools and specialist provisions across Lewes and nearby villages. These positions focus on providing individualised support to children who require additional help to engage confidently in school life - academically, socially and emotionally. Assignments are available on a flexible basis, including regular long-term placements as well as shorter-term cover roles. The schools we support work with pupils with a range of additional needs, including: * Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) * Speech, Language and Communication needs * Supporting a named pupil throughout the school day * Previous school experience is helpful, but we also welcome applicants with backgrounds in childcare, care work, youth support or other relevant roles.
