The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver targeted interventions and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.

This SEN Teaching Assistant role involves supporting pupils with:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Global developmental delay
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsThe SEN Teaching Assistant may also support pupils with physical disabilities and assist with personal care where required.

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting children with SEN in education or care settings
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing mindset
Good English and Maths skills (GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent)
