These roles support pupils with a range of additional needs and are ideal for candidates with experience in Autism, SEMH, and behaviour support. The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Bounds Green, you will support pupils who may find learning challenging due to emotional, behavioural, or developmental needs. You will provide structure, reassurance, and encouragement to help pupils engage with education. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis, within small groups, or across the classroom. Key Responsibilities

Provide targeted SEN support

Support behaviour and emotional regulation

Assist with differentiated learning activities

Promote independence and confidence

Support pupils during transitions

Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

Ideal Candidate

SEN or support experience preferred
