Salary: £42,870 - £58,000 (Inner London Pay Scale)

Position: SEN Teacher - SEN School
Requirement: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
As a SEN Teacher, you will deliver structured, accessible, and highly adapted programmes within a therapy-led, multidisciplinary environment, ensuring every learner is supported to make meaningful progress. This provision is committed to nurturing independence, communication, confidence, and life skills within a calm, supportive, and values-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach and support pupils aged 11-19 with multiple learning difficulties (MLD) and complex needs
Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes aligned with EHCP outcomes
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, medical staff, and senior leaders
Promote communication, independence, emotional wellbeing, and functional life skills
Maintain a safe, structured, and fully accessible learning environmentWhat's in it for you:
