This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils in Key Stage 2 (KS2) with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), delivering a creative and tailored curriculum that supports both academic progress and personal development.
SEN Teacher responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for KS2 pupils with MLD Support students' academic, social, and emotional development Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team Track progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
SEN Teacher Attributes
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working within SEN, particularly MLD Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and differentiation Patient, nurturing, and resilient approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills
