An alternative provision is looking for a passionate SEMH Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver creative, accessible lessons to small classes

Implement behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies

Support pupils' academic and emotional development

Liaise with pastoral staff and external agencies

Requirements:

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience in PRU, SEMH, or alternative provision preferred
