Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and specialist staff to deliver a holistic learning experience. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching plans as needs evolve. Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child's development. A qualified teacher with QTS. Experienced in teaching children with SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive setting. Skilled in positive behaviour management and creative teaching strategies.
