This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning profiles. Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and support staff. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies to meet evolving needs. Work closely with families, external professionals, and multidisciplinary teams. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential. Proven experience working with children with SEN.
