We are looking to appoint a skilled and passionate SEN college HLTA to join the team on a full-time basis from September 2025. This SEN College HLTA role is ideal for experienced individuals who are confident supporting students aged 16-25 with complex needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to: Take a leading SEN College HLTA role in supporting the delivery of high-quality SEN education

Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis with tailored learning programmes

Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individual support strategies

Gain further experience within a specialist post-16 setting

The Ideal Candidate Will: Have a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting or teaching students with SEN

Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualifications/training
