Hays Education are working in partnership with a specialist secondary school in North Manchester to recruit a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant. This full-time role is to start in September and is offered on a temporary basis initially, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You'll work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to deliver tailored support, both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils access a bespoke curriculum that includes academic and vocational elements.
