I'm working with a market-leading seed specialist, known for innovation, strong R&D and some seriously impressive facilities, who are now looking to hire a Seed Sales Manager to drive growth across the South of England and into Western Europe.
This is a role for someone who likes being in the field, building relationships, and shaping how products land in the market - not just sitting behind a desk updating spreadsheets.
The Role
This is a 70%+ field-based role, working closely with growers, customers and key industry stakeholders.
You'll be the face of the business in your region - helping customers to get the best from their crops, while driving sales growth and bringing new varieties to market.
What You'll Be Doing
Out in the field:
Visiting growers regularly, building strong, long-term relationships
Supporting customers with trials, crop performance and product selection
Acting as a trusted advisor - not just a salespersonDriving the commercial side:
Managing and growing key accounts across your territory
Owning your sales targets, forecasts and pipeline
Identifying new business opportunities and developing them strategically
Analysing market trends and competitor activityBringing new products to life:
Leading new product introductions (NPIs) in your region
Working closely with R&D and marketing to launch varieties effectively
Translating technical data into compelling, real-world benefits for growers

Who This Suits
You'll likely be someone who:
Has 3-7 years' experience in technical sales within seeds, horticulture or fresh produce
Understands crops, trials and how varieties perform in real-world conditions
Is commercially sharp - comfortable with targets, forecasting and account management
Enjoys being customer-facing and building relationships over time
Is proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyBonus if you:
Speak another European language (French, German or Dutch)
Have strong experience with trial management and product launches

Home-based role covering South UK + Western Europe
Regular travel required - this is a field-first role
