We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Unit Manager to help lead our Leon team.

The Role

As the Assistant Unit Manager, you will be the key to supporting the Unit Manager in the daily operations of a thriving Leon unit. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
  • Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
  • Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
  • Stepping up to manage the unit in the absence of the Unit Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume catering or retail environment.
  • A passion for great food and outstanding customer service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The drive to develop yourself and your team.
