Are you passionate about IT and love solving problems? At Excel London, we’re looking for a Network Support Technician to keep our world-class venue connected and running seamlessly.

What you’ll do:

✅ Provide first & second-line IT support for staff and contractors

✅ Maintain servers, PCs, and network infrastructure

✅ Install/configure hardware & software, manage backups, and ensure security

✅ Support applications and assist with exciting IT projects

What we’re looking for:

✔ Strong customer service and communication skills

✔ Experience with Windows environments, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

✔ Knowledge of firewalls, routers, and security best practices

✔ Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Nice to have: Active Directory, SQL, Exchange experience, MCSE certification
