Secretarial Team Assistant

Premier US law firm is looking to hire a new Secretarial Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide effective and high-quality administrative support to secretaries and fee earners in its London office.

  • £35,000 salary
  • Office based 5 days per week
  • 9:30am – 6:00pm

Secretarial Team Assistant Key Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Providing support with, printing, photocopying, scanning, bundling, bibling, e-bibles, binding, indexing, making up files, label printing and adding signatures.
  • Support with e-filing, locating documents and minor research.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and internal memos as directed.
  • Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
  • Assist with inputting and transferring time entries and with editing time narratives.

Secretarial Team Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

    \n
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a Law Firm.
  • Excellent written, organisation and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
