We are looking for a passionate Secondary Teacher to join a supportive educational setting in Thrapston, working with students who benefit from a personalised and nurturing learning environment. The role focuses on delivering engaging lessons while supporting students’ academic progress and wellbeing.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support student progress and achievement. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment for students with additional needs. Monitor student progress, assessment, and attainment. Support behaviour management and pastoral care. Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs. Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery and school development. Qualifications
Degree in a relevant subject area (or equivalent). QTS/QTLS or willingness to work towards a teaching qualification. GCSE Maths, English, and Science (Grade 4/C or above). Key Skills & Experience
