We are launching a brand-new Alternative Provision (AP) in West Bradford, Clitheroe , and we are seeking a foundational Secondary Lead Teacher to join our founding leadership team. Starting on 1st June 2026 , you will have a unique three-month lead-in period to shape the secondary curriculum, establish behavior cultures, and recruit your supporting staff before our first cohort of KS3/KS4 students arrives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Curriculum Lead: Design and implement a bespoke secondary curriculum that balances academic progress (Functional Skills/GCSEs) with vocational and life skills. QTS Leadership: Use your Qualified Teacher Status to mentor staff and ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning across the secondary phase. SEMH Specialist: Develop a robust, therapeutic approach to behaviour management for students with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. Launch Logistics: Work alongside the Headteacher during the June/July "set-up" phase to ensure the provision is fully operational and compliant for a September start.
