Exciting Opportunity for a Scientist Specializing in Antibody Formulation Development
Join an innovative team dedicated to transforming lives through cutting-edge antibody research. As a Scientist in our Antibody Formulation Development group, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing formulations for monoclonal antibodies, supporting all stages from toxicology to phase 3 clinical trials. This lab-based position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, with exposure to advanced analytical techniques and formulation technologies that make a real difference in treating severe diseases. Your expertise will directly contribute to developing therapies that improve patient outcomes worldwide.
Required Skills
Master's or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years laboratory experience in protein/antibody analysis
Proficiency with analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, iCE, UV spectroscopy, DLS, CGE, rheology, and sub-visible particle analysis
Strong understanding of biochemical and physical degradation pathways of antibodies
Excellent data analysis, critical thinking, and numeracy skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in formulation development and process automation
Familiarity with formulation platform development and stability testing
Prior exposure to non-clinical and clinical laboratory support activities
Preferred Education and Experience
Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant scientific discipline
At least 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience in antibody or protein analysis
Demonstrated ability to design, perform, and report complex experiments
Other Requirements
Eligibility to work in the EU
Ability to adapt to evolving project priorities and collaborative cross-functional team environments
