Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent.
• Ability to teach your core specialism to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Strong classroom management skills with a focus on student engagement.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to process one).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Prepare and supervise safe, exciting practical experiments.
• Mark student work and provide constructive feedback to drive progress.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe to fail and learn.
• Collaborate with the department to develop innovative schemes of work.
• Attend departmental meetings and occasional parent's evenings.
