The Role: As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting students in Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support to boost understanding and engagement
* Assisting teachers with practicals, lesson planning, and resource preparation
* Building positive relationships with pupils, encouraging curiosity and confidence in the subject
* Gaining invaluable classroom experience within a high-performing science department
