Job Title: School Receptionist

Location: Lewisham Contract: Temp to Perm Hours: Full-time Pay Rate: £13-£20 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and organised School Receptionist to join a school in Lewisham. This role involves providing excellent front-of-house support and ensuring the smooth running of the school office.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors, parents, and staff to the school

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Manage incoming and outgoing post

Maintain school records and filing systems

Support school staff with basic administrative tasks

Assist with pupil attendance and office duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Professional and friendly attitude

Ability to handle confidential information
