We are seeking a meticulous HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department within an independent school. This role involves assisting with HR administrative tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Description
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team. Maintain and update employee records accurately. Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence. Support onboarding processes for new employees. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and communications. Handle confidential employee information with discretion. Respond to HR-related queries in a professional and timely manner.Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role. Familiarity with the school/education sector is advantageous. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Job Offer
