Behaviour Mentor - SEMH Support (Permanent) - Horley
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Horley on a permanent basis, supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide tailored support to students, helping them develop positive behaviours, build resilience, and engage fully in their learning. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
Implement behaviour management strategies to support learning and personal development.
Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and external agencies to meet student needs.Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or other additional needs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).Permanent, full-time position with competitive salary.
