The Role
As a School Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
* Managing pupil data using SIMS, including attendance, admissions, leavers, and reporting
* Monitoring attendance, following up on absences, and producing reports for senior leaders
* Supporting safeguarding processes, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with DSLs
* Handling correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries professionally
* Supporting finance-related admin such as orders, invoices, and budgets (where required)
* Managing diaries, meetings, and school communications
* Providing general administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff
About You
* Proven experience working as a School Administrator in the uk
* Confident and up-to-date SIMS experience (essential)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Calm, professional, and approachable manner
* Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply via Uniform Education)
