Global Highland is recruiting on behalf of a well-established service delivery organisation seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Lead to oversee and support a busy team of Scheduling Coordinators.
This is a key operational role focused on ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial order through to successful installation. You will lead day-to-day scheduling activity, support team development, and work closely with field engineers and service delivery teams to ensure efficient, right-first-time outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of Scheduling Coordinators Allocate and manage daily workloads effectively Monitor team performance against key operational KPIs Act as the main escalation point for customer and engineer queries or issues Oversee scheduling, pre-siting, dispatch, and related workflow processes Ensure accurate and up-to-date system records across all scheduling activity Identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience or installation delivery Support reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with operational teams to improve efficiency and service outcomes
About You
Proven experience leading a scheduling, customer service, or operational support team Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels Experience working with scheduling systems or CRM platforms Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
