S&C Commissioning Engineer Representative - Offshore & Onshore

Contract: April 2026 – December 2026

14/14 rotation

We’re looking for a senior S&C Commissioning Engineer Representative to lead SCADA commissioning for onshore and offshore substations. This hands-on role ensures safe, on-time, and high-quality execution of commissioning activities, including Substation Control Systems and Metering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate SCADA commissioning with contractors and stakeholders.
• Supervise testing, documentation, and compliance with HSE and QA standards.
• Monitor progress, drive corrective actions, and ensure smooth handover.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and SIT activities.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or equivalent technical background.
• 5+ years in SCADA commissioning for large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Hitachi MicroSCADA, Substation Control Systems, and grid compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Offshore-ready with valid GWO certification.
• Project management certification (IPMA/PMP) is advantageous.

This is a senior, independent role requiring proven execution in high-pressure commissioning environments.
