Working closely with business stakeholders, youll ensure training is aligned to real operational needs
not just system functionality. From building interactive simulations to running live workshops, your focus will be on giving users the confidence to navigate SAP S/4HANA effectively from day one. Youll also play a key role post-go-live, supporting users as they embed new processes and ways of working. What youll bring Strong experience with SAP Enable Now, particularly in creating interactive and user-friendly learning content Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and how it supports core business processes (especially across FICO / SD and MM modules) A track record of delivering engaging training (both virtual and in-person) The ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messaging for different audiences Confidence working closely with stakeholders across business and change teams A proactive, solutions-focused approach when supporting users through change
