SAP S/4HANA Finance Trainer Job Specification (6 Month Contract TBC)Role OverviewAn experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Trainer is required to support a major enterprise-wide transformation programme. This role will focus specifically on Finance (FI/CO) processes, ensuring successful adoption of new financial systems, controls, and reporting capabilities within S/4HANA.Working closely with Finance SMEs, programme leadership, and change teams, this role will translate complex financial processes into clear, practical training for end users.The role will be based on-site in Jersey for the duration of the contract.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance training (FI/CO) to end users and finance stakeholders Develop training materials including finance process guides, user manuals, and workshop content Deliver instructor-led training sessions covering core finance processes such as: General Ledger Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Financial Reporting Work closely with Finance SMEs to align training with global template processes Support finance users during UAT, ensuring understanding of new system behaviours Contribute to finance-focused change and adoption strategies Deliver role-based training for different finance user groups (end users, super users, controllers) Provide post-go-live support and training during hypercare Ensure alignment with standardised S/4HANA clean core finance processes Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience delivering SAP Finance training within S/4HANA programmes Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and finance processes Experience creating structured finance training materials and documentation Hands-on experience delivering classroom and workshop-based training Ability to simplify complex financial and system concepts for non-technical users Experience supporting finance teams through ERP transformations Familiarity with SAP Fiori finance apps and reporting tools Strong stakeholder engagement, particularly with Finance leadership DesirableExperience with S/4HANA Finance transformations or global template rollouts Knowledge of SAP Central Finance or group reporting Background in accounting or finance (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience working alongside Tier 1 System Integrators Contract Details6-month contract On-site in Jersey (Channel Islands) JBRP1_UKTJ
