Mars is seeking a Senior SAP Technical Project Manager to support enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on enterprise integrations and finance-led workstreams .
This role sits one level below the Programme Manager and is responsible for owning and delivering complex SAP integration landscapes , coordinating across Finance, IT, Architecture, Data, Security, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on delivery leader - technically credible, financially literate, and comfortable operating in a large, global, matrixed environment.
Required Skills
Essential
Strong experience as a SAP Technical Project Manager/Integration Lead
Proven delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC environments
Hands-on ownership of enterprise integration landscapes (SAP - non-SAP systems)
Solid understanding of SAP finance processes (eg R2R, O2C, P2P, cFIN)
Experience managing multi-vendor, global delivery teams
Strong delivery governance skills (RAID, cutover, UAT, change, reporting)
