We’re hiring on behalf of a global consulting firm renowned for delivering large-scale digital and ERP transformation programmes across the public and private sector.

They’re looking for a high-performing SAP Programme Manager to lead complex multi-workstream programmes – from early-stage advisory through to delivery and post go-live optimisation. You’ll work alongside experienced SAP leaders within a mature consulting environment, helping major clients unlock real business value through SAP S/4HANA.

What you’ll be doing:

Owning end-to-end programme delivery across complex SAP landscapes Leading cross-functional teams through mobilisation, design, implementation and transition Acting as senior point of contact for clients, driving confidence and clarity across all phases Managing risk, governance, and financial performance Supporting growth of the SAP practice, mentoring talent and contributing to pursuits

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP transformations, ideally within a consultancy setting Deep understanding of S/4HANA and associated modules across Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement Strong commercial acumen and client-facing leadership Gravitas to influence C-suite stakeholders Experience in regulated sectors (e.g. FS, Pharma, Energy, Public Sector) is a plus
