The SAP Practice Director AMS & Continuous Improvement will be accountable for the long-term business success of the AMS & Continuous Improvement practice in Europe and act as an expert and face to the market, key customers, and partners. Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Generate leads, expand AMS services and enhance market presence through engagements and campaigns Account Management: Maintain and extend international customer relationships. Go-To-Market Strategy: Define and execute strategies for SAP solutions, develop business plans, and establish partnerships Sales Process Management: Oversee sales processes, align delivery strategies, and convert opportunities into successful projects

Skills And Experience SAP Expertise: Total 5+ years of SAP SCM or logistics experience; 2 years in SAP leadership, experience in global application support operations Strategic Vision: Proven go-to-market strategies, team development, and key account management Business Development: Strong pre-sales, proposal creation, and revenue-driving skills Leadership: Success in managing large accounts and cross-functional teams Technical Knowledge: Bridge business needs with technical solutions, experience in Project Management, Service Management & ITIL Communication: Fluency in English; Proficiency in other European languages will be considered an advantage. Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50%
