You’ll be owning Salesforce architecture across the business and playing a central role in how the platform evolves. Perm Hybrid The Role You’ll lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, focused on Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. This isn’t a delivery-only role. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, shaping CRM strategy, and making sure what gets built actually supports real commercial outcomes. You’ll be the go-to person for Salesforce — from architecture decisions through to governance and best practices. What You’ll Be Doing
Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud and FSC Translate business requirements into scalable, practical solutions Act as the platform authority – governance, performance, and standards Work directly with teams across sales, product, operations, and compliance Guide developers on build approach (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations) Oversee data, security, and overall platform health Partner with architecture and data teams to align Salesforce with wider systems Support release management, environments, and CI/CD Define best practices, reusable components, and architecture frameworks
What They’re Looking For
7+ years Salesforce experience, with 3+ at Solution Architect level Strong hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and ideally Financial Services Cloud Solid understanding of data models, integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders Asset management / financial services experience is a plus, not a must
