*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring scalable and efficient Salesforce ecosystems. This role also involves close collaboration with business teams to transfer knowledge and provide comprehensive Salesforce training.
As a key member of our team, you'll guide clients and internal teams through complex Salesforce transformations, covering everything from initial discovery to post-implementation optimisation. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on architecture, stakeholder engagement, and quality delivery.
*Key Responsibilities*
_*Lead architecture design*_ across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom apps.
_*Translate business requirements*_ into well-architected Salesforce solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance.
_*Develop architecture blueprints*_ and integration strategies across systems (e.g., ERP, data platforms, marketing tools).
_*Guide delivery teams*_ on implementation, configuration, and development best practices.
_*Conduct technical reviews*_, ensure alignment with Salesforce guidelines, and maintain system integrity.
_*Advise stakeholders*_ on CRM strategy, Salesforce capabilities, and roadmap planning.
_*Mentor admins and developers*_, helping upskill internal teams and foster a culture of excellence.
_*Stay up to date*_ with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and architectural patterns.
*Qualifications*
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
· 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role
· Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications
· Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
· Hands on experience with Core Salesforce Platform
· Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
· Familiarity with integration patterns and experience with middleware technologies
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Experience with Agile methodologies
*Preferred Skills*
· Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
· Experience with Utilities Industry
*Location*
· Hybrid: Remote with the expectation to travel to client site for key workshops.
