Job Description

Salesforce Architect

Our client is looking for a Salesforce architect with experience of designing and delivering Field Service Lightening solutions integrated with ERP systems. This role requires deep expertise in Service Cloud, FSL, and integration patterns for ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar). The architect ensures scalability, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Skills required: * 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, 3+ years in FSL architecture. Hands-on ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) configuration and customisation * Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud * Familiarity with Field Service Mobile App, Scheduling Policies, Service Territories, and Work Rules * Ability to evaluate and extend out-of-the-box Field Service Management capabilities * Certifications: Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Salesforce Technical Architect ().

The contract is for 6 months initially outside IR35. There is a requirement to be on site two days per week in Coventry.
